Meditation for Letting Go and Staying Present

This Meditation session is designed to make meditation approachable and practical for everyone. We will begin by learning techniques to stay present in your life to further allow you to let go of attachments and take time for inner reflection. With these new skills, we will all join in a group meditation practice. If you want to begin meditating or if you need to strengthen your practice, this event is the perfect space, where everyone is welcome.
